01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "8u88", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 8u88 platform operating at https://8u88.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and digital properties.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8u88 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player following successful completion of the 8u88 registration process.
• "Platform" — the totality of services offered by 8u88, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and account management tools.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or deposit match funds credited to an Account in connection with a promotion or incentive offer.
• "Real Funds" — money deposited directly by a Player into their 8u88 Account wallet using an accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process required to confirm a Player's eligibility to hold an 8u88 Account.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which transactions on the 8u88 platform are denominated.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8u88 platform, creating an Account, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 8u88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 8u88 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 8u88 reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any time, including at registration, upon first withdrawal request, or at random intervals thereafter.

3.2 Jurisdiction

The 8u88 platform is intended for use by adult residents of Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a location where online betting and casino gaming is not unlawful for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 8u88 complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To create an Account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. 8u88 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited. 04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 8u88 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

8u88 is required to verify the identity of Account holders as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket registered number)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your Account. 8u88 reserves the right to close any Account that fails KYC verification.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

8u88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its discretion, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to pass KYC, suspected problem gambling behaviour, or at the Player's own request. Where an Account is closed for non-breach reasons, any Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8u88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8u88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts are published in the Cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method.
• 8u88 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 8u88 reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if a deposit cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account that has been used to make at least one successful deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Cashier section of your Account.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to standard KYC checks. First-time withdrawal requests will always trigger a full identity verification review.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 2 to 6 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and up to 3 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status.
• 8u88 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal that is under compliance review for up to 28 days without liability.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available by 8u88 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following default conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The specific multiplier is stated in each promotion.
• Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., live betting, certain table games) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the Wagering Requirement. Contribution rates are published per promotion.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the Wagering Requirement is met, 8u88 will deduct all outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings directly attributable to those Bonus Funds before processing the withdrawal of Real Funds.
• Bonus offers have an expiry period from the date of crediting, after which unmet wagering requirements and associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

8u88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or promotion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the offer has been claimed or used in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion with other players. Determination of bonus abuse is made at the sole discretion of 8u88 and is final.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on 8u88 are subject to the specific rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. Key general principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 8u88 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors; bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system latency and market availability. 8u88 is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent a Player from placing an in-play bet.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the Platform.
• 8u88 reserves the right to limit, cancel, or void any bet placed on markets suspected of irregular activity, including suspected match-fixing.

7.2 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino and slot games available on the 8u88 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface. 8u88 acts as the operator and is not the developer of the game software. In the event of a game malfunction, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are not influenced by 8u88.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

8u88 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per promotional period. 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8u88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documents
• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players, house agents, or any third party to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering or financial fraud using the Platform
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation
• Posting, sharing, or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or objectionable content via any communication feature of the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 8u88 software or infrastructure

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8u88 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the property of 8u88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8u88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8u88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned
• Any loss arising from a technical failure, system error, internet connectivity issue, or third-party service outage
• Any reliance placed on information or odds displayed on the Platform
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 8u88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

8u88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all account holders. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account
• Loss Limits — cap the total amount you can lose within a defined time period
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications when you have been active on the Platform for a set duration
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform; self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure
• Reality Check Popups — periodic in-session notifications showing your net gaming position for the current session

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

8u88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 8u88 will endeavour to notify registered Account holders via email or an on-screen notification at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms & Conditions, along with its effective date, is always available on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your 8u88 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Funds balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure does not extinguish any obligation you owe to 8u88 at the time of closure.

12.3 Termination by 8u88

8u88 may terminate your Account immediately upon breach of these Terms & Conditions, or with reasonable notice for any other reason. In cases of breach, any balance attributable to prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8u88 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh. It is each Player's sole responsibility to assess whether their access to and use of 8u88 complies with applicable laws in their location.

Any dispute between a Player and 8u88 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English.
